The process begins with two raw materials, stored in different tanks: isocyanate and polyol. These two substances are mixed with a special machine (Foaming Machine, expanded polyurethane) and the chemical reaction being to life to the structural rigid polyurethane foam.

This foam is then injected into the presses, that are then turned over by 90° to allow the foam to spread easily and perfectly fill all the space in the mould.

The production time varies from 90 seconds to 10 minutes.

All the machines used in the production cycle are electrically controlled.

All the moulded items are checked one by one and finished off appropriately for the subsequent stage in the process.
