From the production line two products typologies are born:
• semi finished products, destined to further processed;

• finished product, reading for packing and shipping.

For example, semi-finished product
earth-moving body work, on which is fixed small metallic parts, that need anchorage from the machine body to the gasket rubber.

Example finished products
hospital trolleys, are almost completely realized in polyurethane. The body is assembled with drawers, panels, doors, revolving wheels, specific accessories.

In the preassembly and assembly phase, only high quality components and accessories are used, delivery directly from the customer or from trustworthy suppliers, or those chosen by Gamma Poliuretani based on technical requirements.
